Super easy bite sized cheesecakes!  These have a chocolate graham crust, sweet cream cheese filling, and are topped with festive white peppermint M&M candies.

Mini cheesecakes

Guys.  Are these cute, or are they cute?  I almost didn’t let anyone eat them because I think they’re the picture perfect little Christmas treat.

I eventually lost that battle, and was forced to let everyone taste test the little guys.  I only had two…ok, fine, five of them myself.

Anyway, these are equally as easy as they are adorable.  Which is awesome, because I am scrambling like a maniac over here to finish getting ready for Christmas.

I literally haven’t even attempted to wrap a gift yet!

I always know when it comes down to it, what matters is being with family, and nobody cares if things are perfect.

Clear up until Christmas day though…..I’ll continue to be a big, giant, cheesecake eating, running around in the kitchen with frosting on my shirt and flour in my hair….maniac!

Let’s have a chat about what goes into making these cheerful little cheesecakes.

I use chocolate graham crackers, you can also use any kind of packaged chocolate cookies (minus the cream filling) if that’s what you want to get into.

The filling is simple, about 5 minutes to whip up, pretty basic creamy and smooth cheesecake filling, BUT, we add vanilla and a teeny bit of peppermint extract.  Because, I want these to taste like Christmas.

These only have to bake for 15 minutes and you get 48 little cheesecakes!  If you don’t have a mini muffin tin, you can find the one that I like, by Wilton, right HERE.


The M&M’s that I used for these are the White Chocolate Peppermint M&M’s.  They’re GOOD.  I had to go buy an extra bag because we kept eating them all.

I had no problem finding these at my grocery store in the aisle with the rest of the holiday and Christmas candies.

Peppermint M&M Mini Cheesecakes

  • 1 Cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 ounce packages cream cheese 8 each
  • 3/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp . vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup white peppermint M&M's


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Line a mini muffin tin with 24 paper liners.
  • Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with butter in a small bowl and press mixture onto bottoms of paper lined mini muffin cups.
  • In a large bowl, or bowl of stand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well combined. Beat in egg just until blended.
  • Spoon cheesecake mixture into muffin cups, about 1 Tablespoon each.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with chopped M&M's immediately. Cool the cheesecakes completely, then refrigerate for one hour.
