Cherry Vanilla Float Cocktails – These vanilla ice cream floats are an extra indulgent and fun treat for adults. Rich and sweet French vanilla creamer comes together with grenadine, vodka, ice cream, and club soda for a beautiful cherry vanilla float!

One of my favorite things about being a food blogger is getting to be creative with products that I love. Let me tell you, I happen to adore my coffee creamer and finding other fun things to do with it besides just sweeten up my coffee!
My creativity around here generally lends itself to easy dinner recipes. But, as you know I dig a good cocktail too like this Mimosa Punch!
Anyway, it’s been a few minutes since I’ve posted a new cocktail. So, why not make it the ultimate rich and dreamy ice cream float beverage spiced up with French vanilla creamer?!
In case you couldn’t tell, I had Valentine’s Day on my mind when creating this drink. I really think this float is incredibly festive and a unique way to surprise your significant other, your best friend, or even a group for a fun Valentine’s party!
The great thing about this is, the only liquor involved is a bit of vodka. So, if you want to make these into a family friendly treat, you can just leave it out, or replace with a little extra club soda.
With only five ingredients, these creamy cocktails are not only a dream to drink, they are also a quick and easy treat to make! All you need for this recipe is some vodka, grenadine (or cherry syrup), International Delight French Vanilla Creamer, vanilla ice cream, and club soda. You can even make this “party style” by putting it all in a big punch bowl for a crowd!
Enjoy!

I would be interested in making a virgin version of this.
You can absolutely just leave the vodka out to make it a virgin float and no other changes need to be made! 🙂
