Instant Pot Country Style Ribs - These Instant Pot Country Style Ribs are so tender and flavorful! They start with a simple dry rub, are smothered in bbq sauce, and cooked up in your Instant Pot pressure cooker for a delicious and easy meal!
Yes, you guys! Back in action with the Instant Pot!
After I used it to make the Instant Pot Spaghetti, I couldn't wait to put more delicious foods up in this bad boy.
We're also back in action with back to school.
I feel like moms and dads everywhere are torn on whether they're happy to have their kids head back to class or not.
I'm in the "not" category this year. Summer just went by way too fast!
Can they just go back in October or something? Because, I mean, it IS really warm here still.
It should be illegal to send people back to school when it's still warm enough out to go swimming.
Right?? Right.

Ok, back to your regularly scheduled food programming here.
I decided to go with country style pork ribs because they are so very meaty!
I do like baby back ribs as well, but I've definitely bought them, then been disappointed at the measly amount of meat I got out of it.
Using country style ribs ensures that everybody leaves the table satisfied!
Depending on your grocery store, sometimes these ribs are sold bone in, and sometimes bone out. Mine were bone out. But, either one will work just fine!
I love how easy these are and that I can have some tasty BBQ ribs on the table in about an hour.
Yes, I said an hour, but pretty much all of that time is hands off for you because the ribs are cooking to super tender perfection in the Instant Pot!
The dry rub for these babies is made up of spices that you most likely already have at home.
You slather the dry rub on. Get some beef broth in the bottom of your Instant Pot. Put the ribs in and pour on your favorite BBQ sauce. Then, let it do it's thing!
These boneless pork ribs will melt in your mouth, and become a new family favorite!

Very good! The ribs were so tender I could hardly get them out of the pot in one piece, they fell apart. This will be my go-to boneless rib recipe from now on.
This is my 2nd time making these and all I can say is YUM!!! We had them with my husband's famous Puerto Rican Beans and Potatoes over white Rice. Soooo good! Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!!💯🔥
Ohh mmy goodnesss. Made these tonight and used my instantpot for the first time. It was sooo good. Thanks for posting.
How long do you cook them for 4 pounds?
Absolutely the best ribs I've ever had. My husband is equally impressed. One of my favorite go to's. All the recipes I've used in the instant pot have been from The Salty Marshmallow. So far they are the best recipes around!!!
These were so amazing!! I will definitely be making this again
So tender and tasty, they melt in your mouth.
Followed recipie as written and it was excellent. I made this for Valentines Day Dinner and we both loved it ! This recipe is a new favorite and will be used over and over thank you !
Do you use the cooking rack in the IP when cooking them or just put them directly into the liquid?
In the video she did not appear to use the rack, but placed them straight into the liquid. Some people like to use apple juice with a little liquid smoke as opposed to beef broth.
Do you reduce the cooking time for a lesser quantity if ribs?
Very tasty and super easy
So good. Very easy to make.
This is the best way to cook country style ribs. We love the taste & tenderness of the meat. Always use this recipe when cooking country style ribs and wouldn’t cook them any other way. I do leave the barbecue sauce off as we’re not big fans of wet ribs. I also sauté the ribs a lil before cooking. WONDERFUL!!
Our favorite recipe to use!
looks easy and delish can i use this using beef short ribs and not pork?
