Berry Salad is creamy, sweet, and oh so summery! Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are tossed together in a yogurt dressing that’s delightfully simple. What really sends it over the top is the addition of crunchy poppyseeds!
In a small bowl whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, poppy seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries to a large serving bowl.
Pour the dressing over the berries and stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Notes
NOTE: This salad can be made ahead and eaten within 24 hours. Keep in mind that the dressing will turn pink if not kept separate from the fruit until serving.NOTE: I don't use any sweetener in this recipe, but I do recommend adding to your own taste. If you like a sweeter berry salad I recommend adding 1-3 Tablespoons of sugar (or whatever sweetener you like: sugar, honey, maple syrup, stevia.) to taste to the dressing.
