Ingredients
- 4 Cups Cubed watermelon
- 2 Cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 Cup Cherries pitted (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- 3/4 Cup Fresh lemon juice
- 3-4 Cups Water
- 3/4 Cup Granulated sugar
Instructions
- Add the watermelon, berries, and cherries to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher, pressing to extract as much juice as possible and discarding the solids.
- Add the fresh lemon juice, water, and sugar, then stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or dilution with more sugar or water as needed.
- Chill in the fridge until cold.
- Serve over ice and garnish with extra fruit or citrus slices if desired.
