Cheeseburger Sliders feature seasoned ground beef, plenty of melted cheese, soft hawaiian rolls, buttery sesame seed tops, and burger sauce! It’s the perfect party recipe, since everything bakes at once. No need to stand over a hot grill and flip individual burgers!
reheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook and crumble the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, then drain any excess grease.
Stir in the ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.
Arrange the American cheese slices evenly over the bottom buns and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the cheese layer and top with the remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
Place the top buns over the beef mixture, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
While the sliders bake, whisk all the sauce ingredients together until smooth.
Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before slicing into individual sliders.
Serve warm with the burger sauce on the side for dipping.
