Ingredients

1 15.25 Ounce Box Cake Mix, Any Flavor
8 Tablespoons Salted Butter Softened
2 Large Eggs at room temperature
2 teaspoons Olive or Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, or spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Combine the cake mix, butter, eggs, oil, and extract if using in a large bowl with a hand mixer.
Beat for 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are well combined.
Drop cookie dough into prepared baking sheet in rounded Tablespoon fulls.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes just until you start to see some golden brown on the edges.
Frost cookies if desired after cooling.

Notes

NOTE: This dough is sticky to handle. If desired, you can chill the dough for 20-30 minutes before scooping onto the pan, baking time stays the same.
