Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and SO easy to make. This is hands-down my favorite way to prepare baked potatoes! You don’t need foil or a preheated oven – just 3 ingredients and your trusty air fryer.

Ingredients
4
Russet potatoes
1-2
Tbsp
Olive oil
1
tsp
Salt
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scrub and dry the potatoes thoroughly, then pierce each one a few times with a fork.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each one.
Air fry for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crispy, and a fork easily pierces the center.
Slice open, fluff with a fork and serve with pats of butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, and sliced chives if desired.
