Teriyaki noodles are a quick and easy side that go great with any of your favorite Asian inspired main dishes! The homemade teriyaki sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and savory and it all comes together in under half an hour.
Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water for the time indicated on the package then drain and set aside.
Stir the soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, honey, ginger, and 1/4 cup of water in a medium bowl and set aside.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat then cook the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Stir the sauce again to mix any cornstarch that settled at the bottom, pour into the pan, then toss in the spaghetti.
Continue tossing until the spaghetti is coated and the sauce thickens to your liking.
Serve with freshly sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish if desired.

**NOTE: You can use any noodles you want for this recipe such as spaghetti, linguine or ramen just make sure you use 8 ounces. If using more pasta, double the sauce.NOTE: If you like a kick of spice add in 1-2 teaspoons of Sriracha to your sauce mixture, or to taste.
