Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the butter, garlic, and salt in a small bowl and spread it evenly over both sides of the cut bread slices.
Place on the baking pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, gouda, mozzarella, parmesan, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl.
Spoon it out evenly on the bread and bake for 20 minutes, flipping the pan around halfway through.
Slice and garnish with sliced chives before serving.
