Add the frozen fruits to a large bowl. Microwave on defrost for 4-5 minutes, just until barely thawed. (The fruit should still be cold but releasing its juice)
Pour the defrosted fruit into a large pitcher.
Pour in the vodka, rose, and lemon lime soda.
Stir, and serve immediately over ice. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve, for up to 3 days.
NOTE: This sangria makes a big pitcher, and is enough to serve 10-12 people. You can easily sale this down and cut the recipe in half for a smaller batch. Once mixed, this lasts in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered.NOTE: You can use fresh fruit instead of frozen if preferred. If using fresh, you will want to chill the sangria for at least 3-4 hours before serving for best flavor.NOTE: Dragon Fruit is also called Pitaya. For this recipe, we used frozen Pitaya cubes which can be found in the frozen fruit section of your supermarket.
