Dragon Fruit Sangria is just as refreshing and sweet as it is gorgeous! This sangria recipe is full of dragon fruit, peaches, strawberries, rose and comes together fast!
Add the frozen fruits to a large bowl. Microwave on defrost for 4-5 minutes, just until barely thawed. (The fruit should still be cold but releasing its juice)
Pour the defrosted fruit into a large pitcher.
Pour in the vodka, rose, and lemon lime soda.
Stir, and serve immediately over ice. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve, for up to 3 days.

NOTE: This sangria makes a big pitcher, and is enough to serve 10-12 people. You can easily sale this down and cut the recipe in half for a smaller batch. Once mixed, this lasts in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered.NOTE: You can use fresh fruit instead of frozen if preferred. If using fresh, you will want to chill the sangria for at least 3-4 hours before serving for best flavor.NOTE: Dragon Fruit is also called Pitaya. For this recipe, we used frozen Pitaya cubes which can be found in the frozen fruit section of your supermarket.
