Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, pepperoncini juice, ranch, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder together in a medium bowl.
Fold in 1 1/2 cup of the cheese, bacon, peppers, French-fried onions, and green onions.
Spread the dip out into an 8-inch baking pan and top with the remaining cheese and the French onions.
Bake for 20 minutes or until light and golden around the edges, and the cheese is melted.
Serve with potato chips or crackers and garnish with whole and sliced pepperoncini peppers, bacon, fried onions, and sliced green onions if desired.
