Pepper Jack Chicken Wraps are packed full of juicy chicken, creamy avocado, melty pepper jack cheese, and all wrapped in a crispy tortilla. It comes together quickly and makes a great meal any time of day!
Place chicken breasts into slow cooker and season with the taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, and lime juice. Stir to coat. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Take chicken out of slow cooker and shred with hand mixer or two forks.
Mix chicken with shredded cheese.
Fill each tortilla with chicken/cheese mixture, avocado, and bacon. Roll tortilla up "burrito style" tucking in the ends.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
