Instructions
Add some ice to a cocktail shaker then pour in the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Shake to combine and set aside.
Muddle the mint leaves in a lowball glass until roughly broken up then strain the rum mixture into the glass.
Add some ice then fill the rest of the glass with club soda.
Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint then serve.
