Jalapeno Poppers
Jalapeno Poppers are the perfect appetizer for a crowd! Easy to eat and so delicious, fresh jalapenos are stuffed with cajun cream cheese, green onions, salty bacon bits, and topped with melty cheddar cheese. Great for afternoon snacks or appetizers for a party!

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz Blocks Cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 3 Green onions sliced
- 1/2 Cup Cooked chopped bacon
- 1 1/2 Pounds Fresh jalapeños each sliced in half and deseeded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
- Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth, then mix in the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fold in half of the cheese, onions, and bacon.
- Fill the jalapeno halves with the mix and place them on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the tops with the remaining cheese, then bake for 20 minutes.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the top starts to turn light brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with freshly sliced green onions for garnish if desired.

Storing: These jalapeno poppers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
