Cheesy Buffalo Corn Dip
Cheesy Buffalo Corn Dip is easy to toss together in under 30 minutes! Cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning mix, bacon, cheddar cheese, and more dress up canned corn in the very best way. Serve it warm with crackers and watch it disappear!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder and beat again until smooth.
Fold the corn, bacon, 1 cup of the cheese, and green chilis into the cream cheese.
Spread the dip into a small 8-inch or 5x7 inch pan or casserole dish then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with crackers and celery and garnish with more crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, and grilled corn kernels if desired.
