Apple Butter Bread
Apple Butter Bread is my favorite fall quick bread recipe! It’s sweet, spiced, dense, and ridiculously moist from an entire cup of apple butter mixed right into the batter. The brown sugar cinnamon streusel on top makes it simply irresistible!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the apple butter, eggs, brown and white sugars, and butter until smooth.
Sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the bowl.
Stir just until combined, being careful not to over mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the streusel topping in a medium bowl until it forms a crumbly texture.
Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the top of the batter.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
