Biscuits and Gravy Casserole features fluffy biscuits, cheesy eggs and the best homemade sausage gravy! This is a hearty, easy to make breakfast recipe that can easily feed a crowd. As filling as it is, don’t be too surprised when everyone asks for seconds!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Butter or spray a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.
Make the sausage gravy first according to the recipe directions and set aside.
Crack all of the eggs into a large bowl and whisk together well with the milk and seasonings until no white streaks remain.
Open the biscuits and place on a cutting board, cut each biscuit into six pieces.
Place the cut biscuits in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Pour the eggs evenly over the biscuits and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Pour or spoon the gravy on top. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes more.

NOTE: I use Cholula brand hot sauce in all of my recipes that call for hot sauce. It isn't super spicy but adds flavor. You can also add other seasonings like onion powder, Cajun seasoning (watch your salt), garlic powder if you wish.
