Roasted Cauliflower is such a simple and easy, crowd pleasing side dish recipe! A head of cauliflower is cut into pieces, tossed with olive oil, parmesan, and seasonings before being oven roasted to tender perfection. Plate it next to any entree you like for the best dinner ever!
Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cauliflower into a large mixing bowl. Add the salt, pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder. Stir to fully combine.
Add the shredded parmesan cheese. Stir again to fully combine.
Place the cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet making sure that the cauliflower is evenly distributed on the baking sheet.
Roast the cauliflower at 425 for 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown. After 20 minutes, stir the cauliflower and then bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.

NOTE: This recipe can easily be doubled and you can make up to 2 pounds on one sheet pan. Do not overcrowd the pan more than that. If using more than 2 pounds cauliflower it's best to use two sheet pans.NOTE: This recipe is meant to be super simple! Add whatever seasonings you like. Some that we love are Cajun Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes, Oregano, Lemon Pepper, or a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
