Shrimp and Rice is made in one pot a full of flavor with savory pesto and sweet corn! This classic entree is made with a handful of simple and inexpensive ingredients and always yields the most mouthwatering results.

• Shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails off) • Pesto  • Corn • Lemon Juice (fresh is best!) • Butter • Minced Garlic • Chicken Broth • A large pot

What you need:

Melt some butter in a large pot and cook the shrimp and minced garlic

Step One:

Cook the rice, pesto & olive oil for a few minutes

Step Two:

Add corn, broth, & lemon juice, and bring to a boil

Step Three:

After cooking rice, fluff, and add the shrimp back in before serving!
