INGREDIENTS: Olive Oil Fresh Lemon Juice Cajun Seasoning Dijon Mustard Worcestershire Sauce Brown Sugar Garlic Powder Onion Powder Pepper Sirloin Steak Bell Pepper Red Onion

Stir together: olive oil, lemon juice, cajun seasoning, mustard, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, pepper, and onion powder. Add steak, onion, pepper, and toss. Marinade covered for at least 2 hours.

Assemble the kabobs. Set grill to medium heat and grill kabobs for 4-5 minutes each side. Brush an leftover marinade as they cook.
