Creamy Bacon Gnocchi is an easy weeknight dinner that will leave you full and satisfied. Made with soft potato gnocchi, crispy bacon, fresh spinach and the best creamy garlic parmesan sauce, this dish is decadent and delicious in all the best ways!

INGREDIENTS: Gnocchi Bacon Salted Butter Garlic Flour Chicken Broth Italian Seasoning Salt & Pepper Heavy Cream Parmesan Cheese Baby Spinach

Prepare gnocchi. Fry up your bacon. Melt the butter and saute the garlic. Whisk in flour, add chicken broth, and seasonings. Mix to combine, simmer, until sauce thickens.

Pour in heavy cream. Whisk until sauce thickens back up. Fold in spinach and continue to cook. Sprinkle in cheese, stir until melted. Add bacon and gnocchi and heat until warm through.
