teaspoon
All Purpose Flour,
for sprinkling

Sheet Puff Pastry,
thawed

Stick Butter,
Melted
1
Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract

Cup
Sugar

Ground Cinnamon
Honey for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper and set aside.
Sprinkle the flour on to a clean and dry surface such as a large cutting board or counter top.
Place the puff pastry on the floured surface and cut into 9 squares.
Place the squares in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 13-14 minutes until golden brown.
Whisk the vanilla extract into the melted butter.
In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon with a fork.
Dip the cooked puff pastry squares into the butter, then, roll in cinnamon sugar.
Serve immediately drizzled with honey as desired.
