Honey
Juice of one lemon,

Cajun Seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease with oil and set aside.
Pat the salmon dry and place on the foil.
In a small bowl whisk together the melted butter, garlic, honey, and juice of one lemon.
Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper evenly over the salmon, then drizzle with the butter mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until cooked through.**
Notes
**NOTE: It is recommended that salmon be cooked to a temperature of 145 degrees before consuming.
