For The Salad:

Cucumbers,
Sliced

Pitted and sliced

For The Dressing:

Juice of One Lemon

Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the sliced cucumber, chopped tomato, red onion slices, and olives in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad. Toss, then chill for 30 minutes before serving. Top with Feta cheese as desired.
