1 15 Ounce Can Black Beans, Drained and rinsed 1 Cup Corn, Fresh, canned (drained), or frozen 1 Medium Tomato, Diced 2 Jalapenos, Seeded and diced ½ Red Onion, Chopped 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped ¼ Cup Olive Oil ¼ Cup Fresh Lime Juice 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Cumin ½ Teaspoon Salt ⅛ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
In a large bowl combine the black beans, corn, diced tomato, jalapenos, and cilantro.
In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne. Pour over the black bean mixture.
Chill the salsa for 30 minutes before serving.
