Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with non stick spray and set aside.
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder with a whisk.
Add the salt and baking powder and whisk again for one minute.
In a medium bowl combine the eggs and vanilla.
Add the egg mixture and butter to the flour mixture, stir to combine.
Pour mixture into prepared 8x8 pan.
In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese for 30 seconds.
Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla, and beat for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese topping onto brownie mixture.
Using a teaspoon, drop the blueberry jam all over the top of the cream cheese.
Using a butter knife, swirl the jam through the cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting.
