Grilled Peaches - Fresh, juicy, sweet peaches are rolled with bacon and brown sugar before being grilled to perfection. Then, the crispy, bacon covered peaches are served with arugula, mozzarella, and balsamic glaze.
Brush some oil onto your grill then heat it to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Stir the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
Roll up each of the peach slices in each of the bacon slices then roll each of them in the brown sugar to coat completely.
Place them on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning them 3 times or until the bacon is cooked through and crispy.
While the peaches are cooking, spread 4-5 cups of the arugula out onto a serving platter then break up the mozzarella around on top.
Once the peaches are cooked, place the peaches on top and drizzle them with some of the balsamic glaze.
Notes
NOTE: I like serving this with arugula and fresh mozzarella for a kind of salad/side dish. But, you can also serve them by themselves or as an appetizer!
