Easy Honey Roasted Carrots
Easy Honey Roasted Carrots are such a flavorful and simple side dish for weeknight meal or the holidays! Carrots are roasted to tender perfection with honey, garlic, and a simple blend of seasonings.
- 32 Ounces Baby Carrots
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Chopped Parsley, Optional
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
Add the carrots to the bowl and stir with a large spoon to coat.
Spread the carrots out evenly onto a large, rimmed baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until carrots are fork tender.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
