In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until the beef is no
longer pink.
Add the green peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider
vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and
pepper.
Pour the sauce over the ground beef and peppers in the skillet. Stir to
combine.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring
occasionally.

NOTE: You can use any color of bell pepper you prefer for this recipe, or leave it out if you don't want them. You can also replace with 1/2 Cup of diced onion.
