Do you guys want to know what I really love about fall?  Like, what I love way more than pumpkin spice anything?

FOOTBALL SEASON.  Yep, I’m a football loving girl.  We don’t plan anything else on game day around my house!

Aside from the game it’self, the best part of game day is having family and friends over.  Watching together, and stuffing our faces full of delicious snack foods!

Speaking of football snacks.  Let’s just take a step back from all of the mundane appetizers we usually eat.  You know what I’m talking about?  I mean, everyone loves dip.  But, why not spice things up a bit?

When I say “spice things up a bit” I am not talking about something that is burn your mouth off hot either!

I’m talking about making an appetizer that has extraordinary flavor.  Something that will really impress your guests!

That, my friends, is where OLD BAY seasoning comes in!

OLD BAY is a seasoning that my family absolutely loves.  In fact, we camp a lot in the summer, and my parent’s camper actually smells like OLD BAY.  I’m not even kidding, we use it that much.

Thank goodness it’s a delicious smell, right?!

So, we use OLD BAY all summer long.  For the typical things that make dinner great, like seasoning up our chicken and fish before we put it on the grill.

The amazing thing about OLD BAY seasoning is that it’s not only for meat!

It perfectly seasons these tortellini.  They could easily be just regular bread crumb coated tortellini bites.  But, we’re taking them to the next level.

Did I mention that these are also super easy to make?

You’ll cook your tortellini which usually takes 5-7 minutes.

While that’s going on you’ll mix up some eggs and milk.

In another shallow bowl, you get your breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and OLD BAY mixed up.

The soft tortellini holds onto this coating perfectly.

They bake up to crispy, flavorful, cheesy perfection in the oven.

No frying, no mess!

Bonus.  There’s also a dip involved here!

Super simple mixture of your fave ranch dressing, a little lemon, garlic powder, and more OLD BAY.

The flavor is out of this world.  Prepare to be addicted to these poppable little snacks!

Enjoy!
