    This crust turned out fabulous!! I subbed a teaspoon of honey for my sugar. Perfect texture. Crispy on the bottom and soft inside. I bake mine on the pan for about 5-7 minutes then take it off to the bottom for and bake for 6 minutes. I put it right on the rack then and when I add cheese I put it on the top rack and broil the cheese until it’s bubbly. Soooooo good!

      Made it today. Turned out great. Easy. Tasty. Thank you! Didn’t pre-bake, simply rolled it out, topped it & baked about 15 minutes until cheese was bubbling. I did add some Italian Seasoning to the dough

    If I made this in advance and just stored in fridge for a day or 2 , will it turn out as good or harder to chew dough?? No a lot of time but want to make this so much,, can someone let me know if they’ve done this more. Thanx 😀

    I’ve tried several recipes but this is the best pizza ever, so quick to make the dough and was very soft! Never trying a different one.

    I made it today (my first pizza recipe) the 15th of July 2019 and let me tell you it is amazing and tasted wonderful. I added pesto spinach, chicken and mozzarella balls so good. New favorite thank you so much for sharing!! I do love the fact I don’t have to wait fifty hours to raise etc etc etc….. it was quick and delish. I made two the first one I found that I microwave the water 1 minute so it was too hot and there was no foam….so the pizza was skinny which was fine still delish…. the second one I microwaved the water 35 seconds and there was foam so the pizza was a little thicker and I broiled a little longer as all ovens are different. also delish…so either way. Great Pizza.

    My husband and I loved this dough. We are never going to buy a store made pizza. My husband usually does not eat the crust but he gobbled it all up. Cold Pizza heated up in the microwave and tasted just like freshly baked. Tonight I am making dough to make dinner rolls. My husband begged me to try it out. Thank you so much for sharing this great receipe.

    My husband and kid don’t like homemade Pizza- It’s a rule. no homemade pizza. But i love it, and yesterday i decided to say forget all of you, I’m making it(i also made my kids pasta, cuz i knew they woudn’t eat it…). I decideed to look for a new recipe, so maybe my husband could like it too. I came upon yours, and it was a hit!! Ok, with me and my husband. My kids wouldn’t touch it, but only becaus ethey think they don’t like it! I think one day I could convince em and this’ll be my go to!

      One day while the kids are gone make it and tell them it’s store bought 😉 that’s what I had to do and the kids and our whole family LOVED IT!

    I made this crust for my wife who has celiac. I subbed GF flour and the results were fantastic. My wife is now begging me to make pizza for her almost daily. I’ll be doing a wood fire pizza using this recipe next.

    I’ve made 1000s of pizzas. Many more complex. Few as delicious! My (almost) 4 year old helped me make this and it still turned out perfect. It’s that easy! 10 year old declared it the best pizza ever. 🙂 I baked there’s to soft for 10 minutes (after 5 minute parbake and topping) and hubbies and mine 18 minutes for a crispier crust. Loved how it’s so versatile! Had tons left over after doubling the batch and it made irresistible bread sticks. I’m a total make ahead meals nut so I’ll try making a ton and freezing next (although it took so little time it’s almost unwarranted!)

    Thanks for sharing your recipe. It was my first “from scratch” pizza, and it mostly thrilled me. I ended up using a bit more flour and salt than the recipe calls for. I also added the salt to the (post-proving) yeast/water before adding the flour. I believe that it could’ve been enough for two crusts using the pan that I have. I will try your thin crust recipe on another day; because I appreciate the the relative ease of how you explained the process.
