Sriracha Shrimp is an easy recipe that features tender, flavorful shrimp that are baked to perfection on a sheet pan in just 10 minutes! Shrimp are tossed in a mouthwatering mixture of honey, fresh garlic, lime juice and plenty of spicy Sriracha in this bold recipe.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl whisk together the sriracha, honey, garlic, and lime juice.
Place shrimp on prepared baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and stir to coat. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

NOTE ON SERVING: Sometimes, I like to plate them with toothpicks and serve them as an appetizer at summertime parties. They’re also fabulous when tossed into tortillas or large pieces of lettuce and served as tacos or lettuce wraps. They’re great when served on top of your fave rice or cauliflower rice.
